DOC HOLLIDAY MOLDS
DEALER PROGRAM
The Doc Holliday Dealer Program was established to give access to Doc Holliday's complete line of products, where little or no access exists. Eligible territories for dealer direct service may be obtained by contacting our office. If a stocking distributor should emerge from a territory that is being serviced direct, current dealer names will be provided to the distributor to enhance service options and provide a freight paid alternative. DEALER POLICIES
INITIAL PURCHASE
Must be at least $600 retail ($360 net) on any Doc Holliday products.
SUBSEQUENT PURCHASES
The initial purchase to become a Doc Holliday dealer is $360 net cost, which is $600 retail with a 40% discount. The purchase can be made on any of the Doc Holliday products (molds, paints, catalogs and accessories*). On subsequent purchases discounts remain at 40% on all purchases at $600 retail and below. Purchases over $1,200 will receive a 50% discount. Purchase amounts are not accumulated but per each purchase. *Accessories are not discounted like molds; they are at a quantity discount schedule but you will always receive the cheapest net price available. FREIGHT
By becoming a Doc Holliday dealer, you benefit from a negotiated freight rate from many major carriers. Discounts on freight are approximately 70% off the commercial stated rates with carriers such as ABF, R & L Carriers, Dayton Freight, Central Transport, Southeastern, A Dui Powell, Manitou in, and Midwest. This discount applies to the continental United States and Canada. All dealers in these areas benefit. Mold and freight charges are paid at Doc Holliday prior to shipping.
PACKING AND HANDLING
A flat $10.00 charge for packing and handling materials is attached to all pallet shipments.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
If you require special delivery arrangements, it may generate an additional charge from the freight carrier. Some of these are, but not limited to, lift gate charges for unloading, special notifications; customs manifest charges or duties, redelivery fees or residential charges. Since these are out of the control of Doc Holliday Ceramic Products, we advise you to be careful with your special requests.
TEACHER PROGRAM
As a dealer, you have access to the Doc Holliday Teacher Program. We have a network of factory-trained teachers available to schedule seminars at dealer locations. They may be product seminars or certifications classes. Doc Holliday also offers seminars at our factory several times each year. For information on any of these teaching programs, contact our office for class times, content or a teacher servicing your area.
PAYMENT
Payment is required prior to shipping. We accept Master card, Visa, Discover, checks and money orders. We do not accept American Express, offer credit or C.O.D. shipments.
PAPERWORK
Doc Holliday requests that an information sheet be filled out for your file. The information sheet can be received by mail or fax. You will be assigned a dealer number, and must use this account number when placing orders.
